Data Collection & Usage: Your personal information will be collected and used by Bluedog Design, Inc. (through StoryCraft) to:
• Deliver your personalized decision-making style results
• Analyze response patterns for research and training purposes
• Improve our services and training programs

Data Protection & Rights: Your personal data (including name, email, and company details) will:
• Be accessed only by authorized Bluedog Design, Inc. team members
• Not be shared with external parties
• Be stored securely using industry-standard protection measures
• Be retained in identifiable form for 24 months from collection
• Be anonymized after 24 months by removing personal identifiers while
maintaining aggregate data for analysis
• Be processed in accordance with GDPR and other applicable data
protection laws

You have the right to:
• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Request data portability
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Aggregated, non-identifying data may be used in StoryCraft training programs
and internal analyses.

Data Storage: Your data will be stored securely through Typeform and Box cloud storage services. These services comply with EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework requirements for international data transfers. Data may be transferred and stored in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States. By submitting your information, you agree to this transfer, storing, and processing.
